1. Clients who need a particular combination of accreditations: META has added to our industry leading number of approvals so your staff will be qualified to serve your national clients wherever they are located.
   
2. Clients who need additional local staff:  META has recruited and trained staff to man a local project.  We have also facilitated partnerships with local service providers so the job can get done on time. In some cases we have provided the local expertise when other alternatives were exhausted.
   
3. Discovering project requirements while at the jobsite: META has provided next day training to project staff so that they can get qualified to keep the project moving.  In case of emergencies, such as the hurricane response in the southeast US, this has meant after hours courses over several evenings.
   
4. Special crews:  META has been able to respond to needs for training non-English speaking crews in a number of languages including as necessary identifying and qualifying instructors, translating materials, and obtaining necessary approvals.
5. Special needs:  META trainers have successfully trained classes of individuals with limited academic background and/or work experience without compromising quality or the integrity of the program.
6. Follow-up to training:  A training class over a few days qualifies an individual to do the work, but it cannot completely equip them without follow-up mentoring.  META offers the assistance outside the classroom by providing one of our experienced staff to get the job started on the right foot.

Answering Questions:  META staff may not be the experts in every aspect of the industry, but as trainers we have answers to common questions.  META’s technical staff is available to our clients for quick questions on regulation, accreditation, work practice techniques, and a host of other topics.
